Interior United Lacrosse is proud to welcome Conroy Exteriors as a Founding Sponsor of our program.

Conroy Exteriors is an Okanagan-based exterior finishing company specializing in envelope systems and siding installation for multifamily and high-density residential developments. The company is owned and operated by Dave and Thalia Dacosta, who are excited to be part of the launch of Interior United Lacrosse and to support the growth of a high-performance lacrosse program in the Interior of BC.

Their connection to lacrosse is personal. Their son, Easten, has played lacrosse in Kelowna for several years, and as his passion for the sport grew, it became clear that travel would be a key part of his development. At the time, opportunities to play at an advanced level required relocating to the Lower Mainland.

When Dave and Thalia learned about the formation of a high-performance lacrosse program based in the BC Interior, they immediately recognized the value it would bring to motivated athletes and families in the region. Programs of this calibre are rare outside of the Vancouver area, and Interior United Lacrosse represents a meaningful opportunity to keep elite development local.

Through Conroy Exteriors, the Dacostas have chosen to invest in the long-term success and sustainability of the program. Their support helps ensure Interior athletes have access to high-performance coaching, elite competition, and the opportunity to travel and compete internationally in a sport they love.

We are incredibly grateful for Conroy Exteriors’ belief in our vision and their commitment to growing lacrosse in the Interior.
